At the age of 18, Jessica had successfully started, maintained and sold her own business. Her savvy sales and marketing skills have propelled her professional career to where it is today. As a previous sales representative, she had a 90 percent success rate. Additionally, she has managed teams for not only her own businesses, but has consulted with various companies in management rolls. She is full of energy and ambition and she's not content until her job is done and done right.

But she is putting her Degree to use by creating graphics specifically catered to each client. From print to web, she is in charge of branding our customers through her creative designs.

Brent Winkelman joined the Drop Visionary Branding team in 2012 as the assistant to the owner. Moving to Dallas in 2009 Brent worked at a career college assisting soon to be graduates with their career search, interview skills and resume writing. Prior to coming to Dallas, he worked as the Human Resources Manager of US Operations for a Global Collection agency in Phoenix, which is also where he founded a 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization which provides awareness, education and referral services for those who are HIV positive, their friends and their family. Brent attended St. Cloud State University, in St. Cloud MN, is a secret computer geek at heart and spends as much time with his favorite little guy in the world his Chihuahua Rufu
